      Good company for software engineers where you can find good friends.

      Pros

      Remote work and flexible schedule, no activity trackers, only time reporting. Interesting core domain projects such as OTT, VOD, RTC. Relocation to different countries is available for employees. Depending on the country you prefer, the offer will be corrected according to the amount of taxes you should pay.

      Cons

      Big changes in marketing that affect many aspects of the company, introduced additional bureaucracy and processes that slowed down the work process. A lot of top engineers and managers are leaving the company. It looks like the company is not interested in growing its business and expanding to other markets.
