Pros

Prestigious company, amazing technology. Some great people there.

Cons

Huge lack of training, very poor structure of management to get people trained properly. Most procedures are out of date, drawings also. They are trying to sort though. Good HR, good finance dept.

Good canteen facilities, hence given an extra star Clean working environment

Poor communication between design engineering and production Poor quality training during probation period Flashy facade hides unaddressed production problems Bloated and overcomplicated procedures/poor network management Many mistakes on production drawings Given tasks without adequate training
