Company is very unlikely to survive 6 months. Founded by massively talented coders with little or no ability to run a company manage departments or make games, Oxide has been working on their only game for 6 years and have never sucessfully hit a publisher deadline. Time is running out and there are not enough people to get the job done. Oxide has fired or driven away many of its most creative people and now it plans to use AI to replace them. This has driven morale even farther down, and more resignations are expected.

Multiple women have left due to sexism / sexual harassment issues. Do NOT work here if you're a woman. Recently they hired a new CEO who is known for his pro-GamerGate sentiments and for his varied history of sexual harassment. I give the company a year before massive layoffs.
