While Oxit had a brief stint of being recognized as a reputable company, their unethical and debauched business acumen is finally coming to light. The "Leadership" team is comprised of inexperienced egotistical individuals that can't get out of their own way. The profoundly unqualified "Leadership" team added two outside "Consultants" as the COO and Head of Sales and Marketing. They each boasted an exhaustive list of work with big name companies, but it was eventually made apparent why both of these "Consultants" were no longer working with either of their previous employers. They quickly ran Oxit into the ground. Oxit never finishes any of their client's projects, and have made a name for themselves in the industry for being deceptive and fraudulent. Mission Statement: Leave your morals at the door. There are monthly company-wide meetings where the manipulative CEO constantly mentions raises and bonuses, even though it has never happened. In reality, everyone is grimly wondering who is next to be terminated. Compensation is well below industry standard. Expect frequent empty promises that will never be fulfilled. Dishonesty runs rampant from the top down. Employees are used and abused.
