They are very understaffed but won't hire more permanent people, there are temp staff employees who have been there for around 2 years but not hired on. There is a CMM on site, but it is not to be used AT ALL. For me, "New Employee Training" was little more than "here's the company home page, look it up". The only way I could learn the how to use the company's ERP system was to ask co workers for help, but then I was reprimanded for "distracting them from their jobs". Within a few weeks, I was being openly berated for issues that occurred MONTHS before I was hired.
