Pros

Talented, hard working employees are the blood of the company.

Cons

Archaic equipment and organization systems. Company feels like it’s still in the early 2000s, both in salary and technology.

Pros

The upper management tries to take good care of their people despite COVID. They provide free coffee and have fun events like Costume contest for Halloween, Secret Santa, etc. Production floor staff are very motivated, and co workers are willing to help each other.

Cons

They are very understaffed but won't hire more permanent people, there are temp staff employees who have been there for around 2 years but not hired on. There is a CMM on site, but it is not to be used AT ALL. For me, "New Employee Training" was little more than "here's the company home page, look it up". The only way I could learn the how to use the company's ERP system was to ask co workers for help, but then I was reprimanded for "distracting them from their jobs". Within a few weeks, I was being openly berated for issues that occurred MONTHS before I was hired.

Pros

Company is a leader in LED aircraft technology. We never turn down a business opportunity and are always looking to grow as a company. There are some people at our company that have unbelievable pride and passion for our job. In addition we make some really remarkable products that not only keep Military Personnel safe but Civilians as well. Every person that works at Oxley should be able to feel that the work they do matters and potentially helps save lives.

Cons

Sometimes there tends to be a bit of indecision on which way we are heading as a business group this can lead to wasting a lot of effort and time by support staff. It also is frustrating because timelines drag on unnecessarily long when the end result was what was first proposed.
