You will be learn lot of experience that is not by proper training, if any one started to notice that you are working then they will try to put their work also and standard besides.
Cons
No support, no team spirit , politics , happiness index in the work place rating zero because felt that management is considering accountants as their slave, really thinking this is the only firm that under valuing accountant in india not recommending any one to work there as accountant.
