No clear priorities set by the management working haphazardly at every other thing that comes to them, micro management is what is done here regularly.

Pros

Well for one they provide "unlimited" leaves. Along with decent amount of time to work on your personal projects. Also they provide remote work.

Cons

Not follows the guided path of project designing. A project arrives and all start jumping into figma and will set some unreal deadlines. And still the project won't finish on time.
