Pros
Video games, food, and suck-ups--if you're into that kind of thing.
Cons
You should work here if you want to waste your time, energy, and talent in an environment that falsely fosters career growth and learning. There's a significant churn in upper management that consistently destabilizes the workforce. Lazy developers are allowed to continue working there because they seem to have a shining personality. Management provides little to no constructive feedback while promoting those that kiss up to them. Evaluations & promotions are not objective, again they are based on who's the best yes-man. The entire culture is based on a frat-boy, gamer, best friend ideology which alienates people who don't fit into that model. It doesn't matter how hard you work; no one (specifically management) notices or promotes you for it in the long run. It's fine if you just want to show up and get a paycheck.
