      Pros

      They have a solid group of smart people who know the industry. Very flexible. Rewards hard work and effort. Lots of growth opportunities for expanding knowledge. Adapted to my abilities and focused my efforts there.

      Cons

      As a smaller company, processes can be challenging but given the task at hand, this is common.

      • Good team morale, coworkers actively look out for one another • High Trust culture, do what you need to and there won’t be any issues • Very flexible and family friendly • Useful Experience, Retail and Direct to Consumer ERP experience is very valuable

      Cons

      • Billable Work is feast or famine (like in most consulting jobs) • Requires flexibility on your part too, you can’t count on doing the same thing every time • High learning curve, the wine industry is complex and you will need to learn all of it
