Long hours But I really was

This company basically produces spam. the kind of stuff you get in the mail and throw away. I worked in a management setting at O'Neil for about a year. During this time i got a good idea of there business, personal and methods. All in all, This company is cut throat and dishonest. The only reason they still manage to pull any profits is because they miraculously continue to ripoff the same customers while desperately searching for new ones. Huge marked up services brought to you by a typical insincere "corporate" workforce. I noticed now one mentioned this is any of the reviews, so, i will be the first: The worst thing about working there was seeing how they exploit minority/low income people. Making them work 80hr weeks for GARBAGE pay. From what i gathered they used to pay there factory workers better until more latinos came into the picture. shady.
