Pros
This company is all wonderful during interviews and the first month. Then your on your own and they will use and abuse your time.
Cons
Underpaid staff, over worked staff, they do not do what they promise. They will not pay you your time like the handbooks says. A lot of drama!!!!

When I first found the posting for an internship with P. Allen Smith I did what anyone does these days and Googled the company. Quickly, I realized that Allen Smith has been a transformative figure in Central Arkansas and the state. He advocates for sustainable everything, and lives his mission. Because my passion is community development and placemaking, I was excited to be accepted for an internship with the company, and even more excited to become an employee. I have always felt valued and appreciated by the entire team.
