Co-workers are fun, that's it.

Cons

Everything else. Management doesn't care if customers are rude or abusive towards you. Instead they ask that you to smile and to be polite as an angry woman throws a cookie at your face before storming out of the restaurant.

The pay was very good, and it was an easy scheduling system- they were often flexible to work with on time and days needed off.

Cons

Over work their employees, and we’re unwilling to give raises when taking on larger roles and giving them more of your time (only way to get a raise is to become shift lead and climb the ladder). Most of the shift leads sit in the back office and expect the team members to run the business until they were needed.
