I should of known it was a problem on the first day of a employee quitting. And continuingly after that people were leaving or getting fired every week and they were very low staff. Where do I start off with Management?!. They have no respect or communication. Some employees felt bullied into doing other work assignments that is not their responsibility and when you defend yourself you get wrote up and fired. It was a very toxic environment and pretty something new happening every day. Management steady tried to figure out what the problem was and they were the problem.
