Horrific. Terrible atmosphere, Nick will twist your figures to avoid paying commission, belittle you in front of everyone, shout at you if you ask for help and say ‘you couldn’t do this without me’. In the 3 months I stuck out there, 17 people (out of a 22 seat office) left. They just quickly re-hire and fill up the seats again. Don’t be like me - I ignored the bad reviews. Listen to them and go elsewhere!

By my 3rd month I had hit all my targets, achieved the bonus of being invited on the monthly team meal for those who have achieved targets, placed 3 candidates all whilst very much in the active stages of training I discovered I was pregnant - within 24 hours I was fired.....for not hitting my targets. Absolutely vile vile vile company, don't know how that toad face Nick Werner can sleep at night.
