Pros
The developers there are quite knowledgeable. They are very nice and willing to helping others. Have a chance to learn full stack web development. Relax working environment. And chat a lot during work time as long as you can finish your work in time.
Cons
Salary is below the industry. Other than that is good. And no promotion until the other developer gets another better job.
