Fantastic people to work with and very relaxed environment.

Cons

Very busy with a lots of medium to small projects. But I would like to see PACE go after bigger structural projects.

Pros

Senior management has so much talent and passion. They are great mentors and I learned a lot while I was at PACE.

Cons

'Fit' seemed very important in some groups. I wasn't quite like the others in my group and I often felt uncomfortable. My career seemed to stall, so I left for another company. I feel valued at work again and my career is moving forward. Interestingly enough, it is also a much more diverse company.
