This school is very top heavy with administrators. Consequently, teachers are very underpaid, and therefore attract mostly young and inexperienced teachers. Turn over is high, which makes it difficult to make progress as a school community. Some departments haven't had curriculum for years. Test scores reflect that. Leadership is astoundingly awful. It's been a revolving door. Anyone who has to work closely with the "admin" team is aware of the gross inefficiencies of their work and arrogance.
