      Pros

      It has the reputation of being the world’s leading international diving organization, making it a great platform for career development in the tourism industry. The work environment is relaxed, the all-female team is very friendly, and there’s little work pressure. We even go diving together, and the work-life balance is excellent.

      Cons

      There is very limited room for growth and the salary level is quite low. It’s better suited to people who prefer to focus more on family and lifestyle.
