I have a very high standard for professionalism in the medical field. When you’re at an office that has extremely pricy procedures done On the daily, it’s to be expected it’s a higher level professional work atmosphere. I was shocked what the clients would overhear with some of the women talking at the front desk. Secondly, you sign a contract because you think it’s a warm and welcoming atmosphere with the higher ups promising you they take care of their employees financially and scheduling wise. But what I witnessed was a disgrace to the company. I often shake my head when family works together but in this case it was a man sticking up for his wife instead of a manager bringing in the other manager to discuss all things business- keep the husband wife status at home please.
