      Pros

      Some benefits are not bad. They hold customers in high regard, as is necessary, but they often bad mouth their vendors and suppliers internally.

      Cons

      Toxic culture. Depends on which team you are a part of, but most teams are extremely siloed. No company wide meetings by the CEO. No regular updates and forecast by the leadership. Some very senior leadership members are absolutely unhinged. A lot of middle managers are difficult to work with. Employees are actively looking for other opportunities, but have to stay due to lack of opportunities in the field in NL.
