If you are a PSA then it’s really tough to score well on QA. It’s very stressful to make sure call scores are high as well as high adherence for the day. To get good adherence you are literally glued to your chair and the computer screen all day. It’s even tough to go to the bathroom in busy periods, as you just can’t get up from your chair…other than on break and lunch. You are constantly being monitored by having this system in place that checks your adherence. Therefore, there is no room for timing flexibility. This is a job where u can expect to be glued to your chair until the end of the shift. There are days where I didn’t even open my door to even get a Whif of fresh air, because this job just doesn’t give that flexibility. Also, it is difficult to interact with the patients. Some of them are so ungrateful and feel entitled to receiving this free money. They are rude and you still have to keep your composure.
