Pros

The PAN team is truly very talented and capable. Our new CEO, Kevin, has really been trying hard to make all of PAN feel connected and unified. He really seems to care what all the employees think regardless of level. He even had a workshop so we could all participate in strategic planning. This is the first time any employer I worked for has ever done anything like that. I'm excited about the future of PAN.

Cons

Due to the smaller staff size, there are limited opportunities for advancement, but I also think our new CEO heard that and is trying to fix that problem with some of the ideas we've been talking about for the future with our new strategic plan.

Pros

The work from home opportunity

Cons

Racists remarks, homophobic remarks, and favoritism runs all throughout the upper management staff. If you are black, you will not advance with the company. Racist remarks have been made towards patients also. Very discriminatory company. DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY. I hope their donors are made aware of what really goes on here.

Pros

The company is good, inclusive culture, some good benefits. The company gives all the federal holidays off which is a plus. There are meetings all the time to let everyone know what’s going on, they are transparent in their culture.

Cons

If you are a PSA then it’s really tough to score well on QA. It’s very stressful to make sure call scores are high as well as high adherence for the day. To get good adherence you are literally glued to your chair and the computer screen all day. It’s even tough to go to the bathroom in busy periods, as you just can’t get up from your chair…other than on break and lunch. You are constantly being monitored by having this system in place that checks your adherence. Therefore, there is no room for timing flexibility. This is a job where u can expect to be glued to your chair until the end of the shift. There are days where I didn’t even open my door to even get a Whif of fresh air, because this job just doesn’t give that flexibility. Also, it is difficult to interact with the patients. Some of them are so ungrateful and feel entitled to receiving this free money. They are rude and you still have to keep your composure.
