Upper management is not getting involved in India Office No one can direct report any problem in US Office/HR The only IT company which do not provide Work from Home(all other US based company provides Work from Home in India) No funloving office culture You must complete 9 hours in office but you have to report 8.5 hours in US office Sometimes feels like Time is more important than doing work Managers are not coming on office time and expecting everybody to come on his time not office time Global Company Policy will be not applicable due to India Policy India Policy is different for each employee to employee (favoritism, example of timing: some comes at 9 am some at 10.45am)

Extremely low pay. Poor/nonexistent training. Ineffective work processes. Management focuses on numbers only, but focuses on the wrong numbers. There's a lot of middle management and it's not clear what they do. Way too many chieftains not enough Indians. Cannot identify the talent they have versus waste.
