You could be working in a project indefinitely and not being able to achieve anything because of the constantly changing requirements or even try to make a full project in just one day with no definitions at all, yes, you read well.
The salaries were paid in cash for some months, and those paid by transfer always arrived late or in the last days of the first month's week. Even if it is possible for the company to do so (pay in cash) it is really incredible that nowadays someone has to carry a full month of cash in your backpack to get it into your bank account, it was really stressful.
The managers of the company did know about the lack of organization in the company, yet they didn't do anything to solve it.
Regarding the managing of the crisis during the COVID-19 outbreak: lack of transparency, lots of lies (instead of admitting that they were not informed enough) and a tension that was unbearable for any employee.
They'll point at you or your colleagues and blame you if you ask for your salary but still ask you to be part of an 'us' that is breaking apart.
