Where do we begin, Let's start with management- They are uneducated except for a couple of them supervisors too! With that said many positions on the customer service side of this company require less than a high school diploma. Their business ethics are not sophisticated as a business should be. Management gossips among their cliques and all gossip gets back to employees which enhances distrust & no respect between employees and superiors. Employees here genuinely laugh at the Coaches, Managers, and supervisors. The other side of this company is the development side or the "real money makers". They are treated with so much more respect than those that work in the answering center. The answering center workers are treated like peasants. And you are heavily underpaid for the amount of work that is provided. The owner's son even suggested that everyone could be making much more money. Lastly it is so hard to take any time off. PATLive wants you to give your soul to them once you are hired.
