      Pros

      - Nice cantine, gym - IT equipment had become much better - Great for non german speaker

      Cons

      - very bureaucratic and many boring tasks - fluctuation is high - no real career opportunities - focus is on bringing new features life asap, hence technical depth is a disaster in many areas - performance reviews make a high part of your salary, those who only want to spend their 40hrs will have a hard time of getting a decent bonus - many colleagues who don't cooperate since you're in a competition when it comes to your performance review

      *the colleagues are really nice *nice canteen *good salary

      Cons

      *no proper managment, everyone running like headless chickens at the deadline *Will treat you nicely when needed. Then do organisational restructuring every 6 months to remove people they dont need anymore instead of retraining them for something else.
