      The company's work from home setup

      Cons

      Upper management is toxic, I recall one time I asked how to go through a task because I was just assigned with it with no guidance. In turn the head gaslit me into why I was asking questions without anything prepared for him. This head is pretty unprofessional too. He gets interns to do full-time roles.

      Hybrid work set up or work from home when living outside Luzon.

      Cons

      - Management is toxic. Team leads and higher management do not have leaderships skills. All they want is to trap employees to the same role. - No career growth specially if the manager do not like the person. - Management are discriminating people about their age, role, and religion. If the management knows you are from the Seventh Day Adventist, your application will not push. - Every cut off delayed salary and incomplete payout. - The company does not follow the 30 days final pay guidelines of DOLE. Before you get your final pay, you need to beg the management. - Managers are self serving.

      - Incompetent management, incompetent shareholder - stagnation of company for 1 year due to conflict of interest among shareholder - no investments - twisted client relationship - Bafin should have a closer look of company activities - bad implementation of service idea
