Pros
Will spend loads of money on food for the break room but not even bother to give you a raise
Cons
Lack of sympathy/empathy to employees. Management will act as if they have your best interest at heart but in reality they will turn on you in a heartbeat. I have witnessed multiple occasions where they have set people up to get fired just because you don’t “fit in” with their work culture. At every review they will gather a list of everything you have done wrong from day one and present that list to you. Overall one of the worst experiences working here and beyond unprofessional environment. Avoid at all cost.
