      Flexible hours, great staff. Much better of a company now that one owner is no longer there.

      Cons

      Not fit for someone who can't multi-task and manage their time. Mangers need to be more hands on & available for lower level employees.

      Pros

      I worked there when Jennifer was still there. Can't provide feedback about the current situation. Good company: care about people, flexibility, lots of opportunities to learn and grow.

      Cons

      Can't really think of any. This is a consulting job, you get what sign up for.
