      Not a good place to work. I have seen projects failing because of the owners and owners blaming the employees.

      Pros

      No pros as such except for the fact there is no timing schedule because there is no tracking of the timing.

      Cons

      Company is full of corns. No training, no working methodology and no appreciation of work. Some seniors do more of bragging and less of working. People tend to start thinking of leaving within 6 months after joining.

      work pressure, any time work is given, work appreciation is poor, some senior feel like they are owner but they dont know anything.

      Best for freshers, The process can be learnt in depth. Team mates and Team Lead is supportive. Good but depends upon d team what u have.

      Cons

      Job security very bad if they want they keep people otherwise they through it out they never think how much the employee are hard worker, sincerity, trust worthy, punctuality, and how long they serviced with us. Just about everything there is to dislike about a job. no career growth, no increments/incentives, bad work-life balance, horrible politics by middle and top management. HR Managers do not value an individual their is no job training for new employees and they didn't give good appresal.
