Regretful Aquisition

Pros

Paycheck, expensive insurance, 3.5% 401k Match

Cons

PBS was a good company - if PBS board members are reading this, I hope you regret selling a solid, local company that had a good reputation to a horrible private equity monster, (Morgan Chase) ruining 350+ careers. I'm sure your money will consol you, while the rest of us suffer.
