I personally like my role in PBS4. I think it's the perfect role for me as a Support Worker assisting people with Learning Dissabilities and Challenging Behaviour. There are things that I believe can be improved on, as no place is perfect. The reason for this is because of the general issues most companies experience.
Cons
It can be challenging at times and sometimes it feels like support isn't available from management. Sometimes they are more concerned about upsetting staff who are not doing things by the book and losing them rather than do the right thing for the person we care for, but this doesn't mean every manager is like this here as they are not.
Very values driven. Everyone really cares about doing what is best for the people we support. PBS is being done properly, in a person centred and evidence-driven way.
