Not what it seems and horrible disconnected exec management team

Pros

- Weekly shopping for on-site employees only, nothing for remote employees. - Decent vacation policy. - "Was" weekly massages (until CEO took this perk away without a reason). - If you enjoy a management team that ignores reality, then this is the place for you.

Cons

- NO 401K matching. - Sub-par pay for experienced, talented people. - Favoritism shown to some employees that are not even qualified to be in the position they are in as they do not have the proper skills and background to do the job efficiently and effectively. - Just because you have employees (no names given) and its really their 1st "real" job doesn't make them qualified to do the job! And no, they do not have proper work experience, life or worldly experience except for this company. - Upper management lacks vision and how to grow the company. - Slowly loosing the shine with many core people gone. - Management structure is dysfunctional at best. CEO has his "mandatory" multitude of meetings and nothing really constructive ever comes out of these many meetings, except for a lot of whining by "certain" employees, we need more sales (at the expense of the customer) and never addressing how to effectively fix what is broken except to put a "band-aid" on the issue. - Upper management has been overheard in taking part in the "water cooler" gossip.

Pros

Nice in-office perks (weekly massages, food) Very connected employees/management Generous time off plan Work from home is possible for some positions

Cons

Expectations that all employees should/will be good friends with each other Inexperienced/oblivious personnel managers Constantly unrealized plans for infrastructure Reluctance to "rip off the bandaid" in a timely fashion rather than after more-than-reasonable pain and suffering (applies to personnel issues, product issues, general decisions) High lower-level employee turnover due to no opportunities for real advancement/growth
