Pros

Very relaxed environment. there are a lot of management issues that need to be addressed, but this comes hand in hand with not counting employees responsible for their work output low (except for a few individuals & everyone knows who they are) Benefits are okay - 80% paid medical dental vision, vested 401k matching, vacation/sick Culture is very old fashioned and conservative, great if you are into that kind of thing Great work/life balance - only 3 consistent people stay late, office is empty by 5 PM each day. Overtime is there if wanted but again this is not a place for a real go-getter, as the only way up is out as org structure is very flat.

Cons

Limited to no growth potential Wages are on the very low end of scale (but this is apparent is expected output) Mismanagement Performance reviews and annual salary adjustments are crap, typically only matches inflation so what you accepted initially is what you get. Culture could relax a bit, good luck if you ever want to wear jeans

Pros

Direct team members are good to work with

Cons

Non-Inclusive Culture Top management surrounded by their favorite people. No focus on employee growth Low wages and benefits. Flat line company. Almost no chances of growth. Most people are on the same title even after 10-20 years of employment

Pros

Good industry position - manufacturing rep for Fisher, Rosemount, MicroMotion, and DeltaV - all leading manufacturers.

Cons

Min office is a lousy environment with a huge turnover, remote offices are mostly overlooked, administrative personnel are aware of problems and what would be needed to correct but prefer to live with turnover.
