Leadership does not respect, or support their team.

Hard to get time off because they fire employees recklessly , With no coverage for shifts . Co workers aren’t friendly and talk non stop behind each others backs. I could go on and on but the place became very disappointing over time . Very money driven and pyramid schemes. Raises and bonuses are out of reach . Push u to make students sell sell sell. Students are over worked and drained. And it’s about how much they can bring in and how fast they can do it . Not about actually doing good job . If u don’t give the company all your time and energy you’re not worth keeping around . Toxic environment.
