      flexible with schedule, relaxed dress code

      Cons

      low pay compared to the same job at other companies, micromanage everything you do, think cheap pizza day will make it all better, expect you to work for free in order to be logged in to needed systems right at your scheduled time but you won't get paid for that extra 5 mins at the beginning and end of each day and that will add up over time, favoritism, not expected to speak with your coworkers unless it is work-related
