      Great growing company!

      Pros

      PCM Services has a large potential for growth in the DC Metro area in the commercial real estate world. Senior Leadership has a clear vision for the future and we are the Property Managers greatest resource. We have a 10 acre yard and are very nimble and can respond very quickly to our customers needs. We are unique in that not many companies can do asphalt and also do tenant build outs.

      Pros

      Upper management always had these weird morale-boosters. To some, it was uplifting. To others, it was annoying.

      Cons

      The owners are not very honest. They do not treat people with respect. It is shocking that PCM is still in business.

      Overall dissatisfaction with position. Job was not as described in interview. Very unhappy with supervisor.

      Pros

      CEO was very friendly and accounting coworkers were great. The job location was easily accessible and close to nearby amenities.

      Cons

      Little to no training provided and very poor communication system with management. No room for growth within the company. Unprofessional behavior by supervisor.
