Nepotism and unprofessional, management positions love to gossip behind close doors! Directors are incompetent they lack knowledge and they fail to give credit for your work. Furthermore they present it as their work! Salary it's a joke, no opportunity to grow! Some managers are micromanage their teams. There is no flexibility to work remote ( only some people have that right), even at the beginning of Covid19 crises at first they wanted us to take turns on who is coming into the office and who gets to work remote.
