The salary can barely make ends meet. Provide a money-making opportunity for international students who can't find a job. Show recent graduates the hardships of work.

Cons

To work here, regardless of your education or abilities, you must first learn to please the leadership. Graduates who have just graduated and need to work with legal status are not recommended to work here.Don't be oppressed by your employer in exchange for a work visa. During work, management uses swear words and makes personal attacks. There is no professionalism to speak of, just a buy-and-sell company. After working here for a while, you will gradually lose the ability to think independently, the specialties you learned in school, and even if you can't remember how to speak English.

The leader of this company is very skilled in using manipulative tactics to control their employees both mentally and physically through brainwashing and harassment, in order to exploit them and turn them into obedient working machines. Any employees who have dissenting thoughts or ideas are threatened, intimidated, coerced, or otherwise silenced. I would advise any recent graduates seeking a work visa to think twice about stying with this company, as in order to do so, you would need to betray your colleagues, constantly comply with orders, work overtime at any given moment, flater and pander to the leaders. However, even if you do all of these things, the company will still fire you at any time. There are so many examples around me...

If you urgently need a legal status to stay in the United States, welcome there. If you don't mind being trampled on dignity and getting a pitiful salary, welcome to work there. If you like to buy and sell computers, here is the need for you. If you don't have a dream, this is a great place to mess around.

Cons

Competent colleagues are either fired or ignored. Those who are flattering are always reused more than those who are capable. Don't be afraid if you don't have the ability to work, if you will please the leader will also be discovered. Never expect a person with leadership skills to show up here.
