      Most annoying company. Company owner is a TCS Employee. No proper management system is there.

      Pros

      Good thing I found only one technical employee is running the whole team. He is like one man army and providing training to new employees and finishing in house project, i.e the company website designing. But even he is not getting paid. No money.

      Cons

      Career will be ruined. Freshers are invited to work for free. The most offence is company sometimes pays Rs. 5000 as a salary if any employee [workable] becomes violent. But asks to return Rs. 2500 so that the employee at least can show his/her salary slip. After training company was paid the full contractual amount. But the revenue goes for rent of Marlin Infinity- office complex.

      Working for a very small company with limited budget can be cumbersome and quite a challenge.

      Pros

      The owner is an incredible speaker and motivator with many years of experience in the Training and Consulting Industry for Automotive vertical. Because of his training and experience as a PhD Counselor/Therapist he has designed very effective sales and appointment scheduling scripting for inbound inquiries at automotive dealerships.

      Cons

      Although the idea and business case for developing a Remote Leads Management division were sound, the limited budget and inability to acquire and retain clients were key road blocks in the success of the division.

Where you get best opportunity to grow your career here.We will grome them in each areas needed for IT MNC, They can work in our Government IT Software Projects.
