Demeaning and dysfunctional

Learn a lot about NC Licensure policies and regulations and writing Certificate of Needs. Small office. Great location in Cameron Village

Cons

Very toxic working environment. President gave little direction on how to accomplish tasks and was rude and demeaning to all employees. Was a terrible place to come to work to everyday. Little support or room for growth in organization. There were times when President was yelling so loud at another employee that the entire office could hear. Culture of blame and not collaboration. Little to no flexibility in working schedule. Pay was way below industry standards.
