none - no there really are none

They will acquire your company, then run down your products, and make everyone redundant in small numbers (so as not to attract the notice of the people or the government - no protection, no advice). Very corporate, ignoring all small cogs with happy 'clappy' town halls praising everything but keeping problems (and redundancies) quiet - you really won't know what's going one in day to day life. Don't expect proper oversight of your career - allow team leaders to stand down without informing you with the manager taking over ignoring all process re PDRs.
