Pros
Like most retail establishments, the work experience is heavily influenced by the "location manager." During my time at PDQ I experienced wonderful supervision and guidance by the senior management. The flexibility in scheduling provided by the management is the best attribute of the job.
Cons
Weather heavily influences a low-level employee's work load. A week of rain or snow could severely impact every employee's take home pay. The pay isn't that great compared to other retail opportunities The staff tends to be younger, and therefore quite cliquey.
