      Pros

      Platinum partner with PTC with the ability to sell PTC's product portfolio. Solid salary range.

      Cons

      Sink or swim environment where you are literally thrown to the wolves on day one with little to no training in a number of areas. Management expects you to know everything right out of the gates with absolutely zero coaching and mentoring.

      Pros

      Close-knit teams. Wilde analysis guys are nice, all PDSVISION colleagues outside of UK are lovely.

      Cons

      If you're not friends with the right colleagues, forget about progression or enjoyment. New MD is inexperienced and unfit for role. Company is growing rapidly with mergers and acquisitions from the group. But not in the interest or support of their employees.
