Pros
Low barrier to entry regarding skills. Benefits are fully paid. Vacation time is fair.
Cons
Low starting wage. Shifts are run on skeleton crews sustained by requiring many employees to always be on call via remote work. There are very few shifts available that allow for strong work/life balance for your average person. Training is poor and support from management is nearly non-existent. They are extremely secretive regarding pay structure due to employees in the same position having vastly different pay not reflective of skill or seniority. Very weak communication throughout all departments. Do not get sick, several people were fired for borderline illegal to blatantly illegal reasons after taking any amount of medical leave, you will be targeted. Do not say no to covering shifts more than one or two times, you will be targeted. Supervisors and management can not be trusted with any personal information. Management can be very unprofessional when discussing employees with other subordinates. It is a culture of fake cheer but everyone is an incident or personal crisis away from being thrown under the bus. The job is a dead end, it is more luck based than skill based or being a strong fit for a position.
