Pros
Free lunch if monthly shipping numbers were meet. Didnt happen very often.
Cons
Trainning was non existant. You basically had to learn it on your own as you went. If you didnt pick it up quickly you would be let go pretty fast. Company was extremely micro managed by the Owner and the CEO. The last week of every month if the sales numbers were low the warehouse will be getting screamed at to work faster and ship more.

Every once and a while you get a free lunch.
Cons
Most people are scared of the owner, there's a bunch of supervisors that should not be supervisors, high turnover rate, poor work conditions, very little pay for the quality of work expected.
