      Pros

      PEM pay very competitive salaries and provide a wide range of benefits (including additional days off for your birthday and at Christmas). Hybrid working is now the norm (as it is for many companies), there are comprehensive study packages and ongoing training, and a supportive work environment. We also are treated to a food van each month. And as if that isn't enough we can have a sports massage free each month too!

      Cons

      I genuinely can't think of any cons aside from niggles that you would get working anywhere; none of us are perfect!
