The people and culture are inclusive and helpful.

Cons

Low pay and poor work/life balance. Benefits continually get stripped away as Pep moves to align more with its parent companies. Don’t expect to be paid a livable wage or to receive an annual bonus despite regular overtime work required to stay on top of your workload.
