      The people I work with are incredible and my favorite part of the job. Genuinely get to connect with really amazing people.

      Cons

      Senior Management seems to have stopped caring about shops after opening 5 locations. Everyone is burnt out and underpaid from area managers to baristas.

      The actual best co-workers I've ever had, great pay for a service-level job, decent PTO, wonderful community in the shop.

      You generally have to be friends with someone who already works here if you want to get hired

      Great benefits and awesome culture. Diverse company and provides excellent coffee education.

      Busy shops and keeps to really high standards. If you can’t handle that it can be overwhelming.
