      Sign on bonus, 50.00 per month for good attendance. 10 paid holidays. 2 weeks vacation after 90 days. Newer machines. Air conditioning

      No ERP system. Too much waste. Place is cramped.

      The pay was good. Benefits were decent.

      Cons

      In my time as a process technician at Permian all I did was set molds. The management style appears to be choas. Management's promises mean nothing, that is an observation of watching them promise positions and advancement to other employees and never deliver.
