      Pros

      Knowledgeable people. There's a few people who are genuinely stand-up individuals.

      Cons

      Leadership lacks transparency. Gossip is unreal and believed before the truth ever will be. They live by the motto "bad news should travel fast" but will refuse to give their employees a straight answer. No room for growth. Very little, if any, training and mentorship. If you make a mistake, your prospects will die immediately. Don't know the "Petra way"? You'll be shown an outdated document and then be punished for failing. But hey, there's pizza! Honestly, it's a shame to see what Jerry Frank created slowly crumble to the ground.

      Great work culture. Most are extremely supportive.

      Cons

      Leadership doesn't really care about your needs. They don't really care to step in and give you the guidance you need to succeed. My direct boss is amazing and she's done everything she can though.
